Quickie

Okay, I figured I should at least check in so you'd all know that I'm not dead.
Finals week was not the finest time to blog, since it was a bit crazy and exhausting, and immediately after it was over I headed home for some R&R with the family. But now I'm back to good ole Cbus to enjoy the remainder of my measly break before Summer Quarter begins. I won an old copy of the original Silent Hill video game on ebay, so I'd say I'm all set for the rest of the week. As soon as that puppy arrives I'll be burning off the precious brain cells I may have actually nurtured last quarter.
I'm still without a job, since my usual place closed operations for the summer. I might be okay for a while since my financial aid package was finally awarded... and it was a doosie! I should be able to live off a decent refund check until I can find actual employment. Until then, I guess I should take advantage of the freetime. I will not let this summer suck! My birthday is in less than two weeks, and damnit I will celebrate and have a good time if it kills me!
