Finals Week(end)

So, Formal Weekend is finally over... this means that my inbox will be safe and sound for at least a little while from the fucking Formal Committee. Woohoo! But I must say that it was a fine weekend... even for a poor schmo such as myself who wasn't able to afford the entire weekend of festivities. I only went to the parties. :p But I managed to have a great time anyway. I got all the fun and less the stress! I also got to meet people from all the other chapters, so that was fun. I got pretty typsy Friday night, and my head didn't finally hit the pillow 'til about 5am. And I must say that my "Dress for S*X" outfit was a smash hit! So that was interesting. I behaved myself fairly well on Saturday night, mostly because I was driving Em's car. But even without getting sloppy drunk, I had oodles of fun. And, again, I didn't leave the afterset until about 4, and that made me somewhat of a party pooper because that place was still in full swing when I pulled away.
So, Sunday was for recuperation. I went to a late lunch/early dinner with a bunch of APL friends (since apparently the food at the farewell brunch was terrible), but when I got home I immediately passed out on my sofa. I woke up a few times here and there, but ended up giving up the fight around 9 o'clock and just climbed into bed. I'm almost inclined to feel a little apologetic about this lack of excitement... but oh yeah... I only got a few good hours of sleep the previous two nights.
Now it's Finals Week. Yay for Finals Week... Okay, seriously, I'm getting off kind of easy, I only have two finals tomorrow. That's down from the originally scheduled 3, but miraculously one of my prof's decided to do away with the final.
This woman is now my favorite person.
Well, okay, second only to my dad because I found out yesterday that he got my car running!!!! Yay for mechanically inclined dads!! I shall return from Spring Break with my dear car back in action!!!
