That would be Bill Maher, from his HBO show.
I had another interview on Thursday, which seemed somewhat promising... then I came out and discovered that I had a flat tire. Chivalry is dead, I tell you! It's not like I'm not capable of changing my own flat tire, because I did it, but it would have been nice if someone had at least made the gesture of offering to help me. But nooooooooooo! I don't know how many able bodied men saw me cranking away on that jackstand and just kept on kickin'. Either your mamas didn't raise you right or you're an embarrassment to her! Hmph!
Anyway, I'm hoping I get a call about that job. It's in a pretty good location, and it seems pretty laid back. The only con is that I'd have to start out as a server first, I guess so they can get a feel for what I'm like before they trust me behind the bar. I suppose I can understand that.
I had a bit of a breakdown at work on Friday. I guess finding out that I can't pick up my football tickets was the straw that broke the camel's back. Yes, that's right... I paid for the damn tickets back in May, can't pick them up until the day before the game, and that's only if I've paid my tuition first. It just adds insult to injury (and that injury being too broke to pay my tuition). So, that, on top of the fact that I'm broke as a joke, and work was stressful as hell... well it's a miracle all I did was get a little worked up while I was on my lunch break.
I should mention, though, that I was a little worked up because I had just talked to my brother and he was going to put $100 on my BuckID. I only asked for $50 and he gave me $100... I should have asked for more.
I love ya bro.
