Over, Halloween is, and now it's time to think about turkeys and fat men in red suits. Look, I've already admitted to my nerdiness in the holiday celebration department, so don't act surprised! I'm actually looking forward to spending four days with my ridiculous family and eating all the food my body can handle. It's the American way! And seriously, what other country in the world is better suited to have an entire holiday devoted to the consumption of mass amounts of food... only to be followed by a nap?
And don't even get me started on Christmas!
All right, in case you were wondering how I've been, I guess I can update a bit: I spent the weekend at home with the parents, babysat for the Solanna-Monster, managed to avoid a "tiff" with my dad, got a little pissed at my mom, got to see the Solanna-Monster in her scarecrow costume and go trick-or-treating on Monday (so adorable it was disgusting), and have abused Blockbuster's no late fee policy and kept two movies out for almost two weeks.
